How do I add items to my fridge?

Tap the + button on the Fridge screen. You can type an item name, use the camera scanner to scan a barcode, or pick from the gallery of common items.

How do subscriptions work?

Stokkd offers Pro (A$8.99/mo) and Family (A$14.99/mo) plans. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Can I use Stokkd without an account?

Yes. Tap "Skip for now" on the login screen to use the app as a guest. Your data will be saved locally on your device. Create an account later to sync across devices.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. This will verify your subscription status with the App Store and unlock any active plans.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

What is AI Chef?

AI Chef is your personal recipe assistant. Free users get smart local suggestions from our built-in recipe library. Pro subscribers get AI-powered responses that can create custom recipes based on your exact ingredients and dietary preferences.

The app isn't showing my recipes correctly

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, please contact us with a description of the problem and your device model.
